    Irony Assignment

    • Create a single comic strip of 1-5 frames or short story (paragraph) that accurately portrays each type of irony.(You will do an individual comic strip/story for each of the 3 types (3 comics or stories in all))  It should be no larger than a sheet of legal paper.

    • Your cartoon may visually depict the type of irony that you have chosen, or you may use text to convey your meaning.

    • Whether you visually or textually represent the irony within your cartoon strip, you must label the type of irony and explain why the situation is ironic in at least 2-3 well written sentences.

  • Landlady Pt 2

Posted by Susan Siegal on 8/21/2019
    • Write a 5 paragraph sequel to “The Landlady”
      • Continue to use the same style and point of view as the original story.
      • Begin with the last line: “ No my dear, Only you…….”
      • You must show evidence of using inferences to make predictions of what will happen in the text.
      • Be Creative.
        • The only thing that you cannot do is change the plot of the original story.
