All documents with a * are required for enrollment. Once all of these documents, along with residency and other enrollment documents are received, someone will call to schedule an enrollment appointment with you and your student.
IMPORTANT: Please understand that the entire enrollment process must be completed and all required paperwork must be turned in before meeting with the counselor to discuss classes.
