    Hi! My name is Lake Neely, and I am so excited to welcome you to 8th grade. I teach Algebra I and 8th Grade Advanced Math. I am from Benton, MS and graduated from Benton Academy in 2017. I attended Holmes Community College and then Mississippi State University, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with my focus on Mathematics Education. I then received my Master's degree in Curriculum & Education with my focus on Mathematics Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, serving in my church's youth group, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to this school year and cannot wait to watch your students grow and learn.
