• Hello EFE Family!

    My name is Katie Nettles, and I am thrilled to be joining the team at East Flora Elementary as the new art teacher. I come to EFE with over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught both at the high school level and elementary-ceramics and visual arts.  I have always had a deep passion for the fine arts, and I firmly believe that art is more than just a creative outlet. I believe art helps with improving problem-solving skills, boosting confidence, and cultivating creativity. I aim to create a space where students can explore their creativity and develop their artistic talents.
