You can ALWAYS get on Clever, and choose Dreambox to practice your math skills at home.

Standard-> K.CC.1: Count to 100 by ones and by tens.

Listen to the book read aloud and count along!

Practice counting to 100 by starting with the number shown on the caterpillar!

Caterpillar Crunch to 100 (click to play)

Standard-> K.CC.3: Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0– 20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).

Choose NUMBERS to trace and practice writing your digits! :)

Number Tracing Game!! (click to play)

Standard-> K.CC.4: Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.

    a. When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.

    b. Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.

Get ready to count the dots and do some exercises!! :) Recognizing the patterns in the dots as groups is called subitizing! Such a big, new vocabulary word!!!

Listen to the book read aloud and count along!

Standard-> K.OA.1: Represent addition and subtraction, in which all parts and whole of the problem are within 10, with objects, fingers, mental images, drawings, sounds (e.g., claps), acting out situations, verbal explanations, expressions, or equations.

Practice adding and subtracting with Super Number Bonds

Standard-> K.G.1: Describe objects in the environment using names of shapes, and describe the relative positions of these objects using terms such as above, below, beside, in front of, behind, and next to.

Listen to the book read aloud to recognize the shapes to make things you see and use!

What does 2 Dimensional mean? What does 3 Dimensional mean?

Want to go on a treasure hunt? Find the shapes in this Museum!

Standard-> K.G.2: Correctly name shapes regardless of their orientations or overall size.

Listen to the book read aloud and look for all of the shapes!

Standard-> K.G.3: Identify shapes as two-dimensional (lying in a plane, “flat”) or three-dimensional (“solid”).

Can you spot the difference in 2D and 3D shapes? Play this sorting game to find out!

Sort the Shapes (click to play)

Standard-> K.G.5: Models objects in the world by drawing two-dimensional shapes and building three-dimensional shapes.

Get ready to name the objects!! :) You'll be naming shapes in every day things you see.
