Due Dates:  Chapters 1-2 will be due on the first day of school, which is Wednesday, August 7 (A-Day) and Thursday, August 8 (B-Day).  Chapters 3-4 will be due on the second day of school, which is Friday, August 9 (A-Day) and Monday, August 12th (B-Day).

Please read the directions below for each Chapter.  You will need to print out each chapter guide and complete your work ON THE STUDY GUIDE to turn in on the due dates listed.

    Due:  Wednesday, August 7 (A-Day)/Thursday, August 8 (B-Day).

Chapter 1: Read Chapter 1 in American Pageant and watch/listen to the lecture on Canvas.

Chapter 1 is the foundation for the summer assignment.  I expect you to read all of it, but there will be no questions or study guide to turn in with Chapter 1.  Fill free to take your own notes on the chapter as you will be assessed on it in class.  I am providing a supplemental audio/video lecture on Chapter 1 in Canvas, but this will serve as an addition to Chapter 1 and not a replacement for it.  I will notify you when you may access Canvas.

Chapter 2: Read Chapter 2 in American Pageant and complete the study guide that goes with it.

    Due:  Friday, August 9 (A-Day)/Monday, August 12th (B-Day).

Chapter 3: Read Chapter 3 in American Pageant and complete the study guide that goes with it.  Please let me know if you have questions about the colonial chart on this study guide.

Chapter 4:  Read Chapter 4 in American Pageant and complete the study guide that goes with it.  Please let me know if you have questions about the Venn Diagram on this study guide.
