    Black History Project

    Due:   February 0, 2023 for A Day

    February 00, 202 for B Day

On a regular poster board, create a biography of an assigned African American who has made an important contribution to Black History.

Your poster should include the following:  name of the person, birth information (when, where) family information (mom, dad, siblings, or children) 3 to 4 pictures (1 must showcase what they are known for), a paragraph (5 sentences) explaining why the person is important, character traits (adjectives describing the person), and at least 3 fun facts.

Feel free to be as creative as you want to be, but make sure you include everything that is required. The paragraph must be in your own words.  Plagiarism is not acceptable and will result in a loss of 25 points (the total amount the paragraph is worth) if detected.

Fun facts should contain information that is not in the paragraph.

This project will be a MAJOR TEST GRADE!

    Guidelines

    • The paragraph must be handwritten in the student’s own handwriting.
    • Handwriting must be legible.
    • Must Include Title (Person’s Name)
    • Must be on a Poster Board

Remember:  Be as creative as you want to with your project.
