  • IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE A JAG!!
    Hello! My name is Valerie Thames.
    I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama where I attended Davidson High School. Following high school, I spend two years at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College before transferring to Mississippi College. I finished up at Mississippi College inn Elementary Education with an endorsement in Physical Education. I then moved to Madison, MS in 2014 after meeting my husband, Rob Thames. Rob sells insurance for Shelter Insurance and has been with them for 3 years now. We have two little boys, Ryland that is 5 and Beau that is 5 month. This is my Fourth year to teach at Madison Middle School, in the Physical Education Department. I am also the Head Volleyball Coach at Madison Central and am so excited to share the love and knowledge of Volleyball with these young ladies.
     
    I am excited for a new year and to have the privilege to meet many new faces. I love teaching and being around your children everyday. It is such a joy to watch them grow in just a year. I look forward to working with your children and another great year!!
