    Parents have the opportunity to view their student's school attendance and grades by signing up for "Active Parent".  Registration forms are available by clicking here or in the counselor's office.   There is no need to reapply if you have previously signed up for Active Parent.

    Reporting Lost or Stolen Laptops
     
    Students will be allowed to keep their MacBook Air laptops during the summer.  Please be aware that we will not be providing technical assistance during this time.  If your laptop is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the police immediately and fill out the Theft Form to report it to school administration.   Parent/guardian will be responsible for full replacement cost of laptop if not reported to MCS personnel within calendar 3 days of missing the device.

  • Sean Brewer Named Principal of Madison Central High School

    Madison County Schools is pleased to announce Sean Brewer as the next principal of Madison Central High School. Mr. Brewer comes to the position with more than 23 years in education, 17 of which have been in administration.

    Most recently, Mr. Brewer has served for seven years as principal of Rosa Scott School, which is the ninth-grade feeder school for Madison Central.

    ATTENTION! SPECIAL AFFIDAVIT VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY

     

    The Madison County School District now requires that the parent/legal guardian of a student residing in a home not owned or rented in the name of the parent/legal guardian (ENROLLMENT BY SPECIAL AFFIDAVIT) must provide proof of residency at a designated location before the student may be enrolled.  Both the parent/legal guardian of the student and the homeowner/leaseholder of the property must meet with District personnel at the designated location beginning this year and every year forward.  Read more
