Disappearing e-mail

"My e-mail disappears after I've read it." "I'm not seeing my new e-mail." "I'm not receiving messages." These are some common comments when district employees are seeking assistance with e-mail. In most cases, it is an issue with settings being accidentally changed. Below are screen shots showing the proper settings. If you check these settings within your e-mail, new e-mail should be visible again.
