    • Lady Titans had a solid week on the court defeating Provine on Tuesday and Pearl last night in both jv and varsity play. The Titans are 2-0 in division play and travel Tuesday to Cleveland.

    • On Thursday Sept. 3, the “Kick it Like a Girl” t-shirts will be available for sell in the front office for $10.00.  A limited supply of pink or white shirts is available.  First come, first served.  See Mrs. Kirkland to purchase yours before they are gone.

      The application must be completed and turned in to one of these teachers by Friday September 11th. 
      10-12th grade students only. You must have a 3.7 GPA and no major discipline issues on record to become a member.

    • Seniors:   Wendy's High School Heisman program annually recognizes over 5000 of the best male and female high school seniors who have excelled in academics, athletics, and community involvement.   If you have a 3.0 grade average, participate in a school sponsored sports program, and have demonstrated community involvement... you might want to apply for this program.    For more information and to apply, go to www.wendyshighschoolheisman.com  from now until October 2nd.

    • Juniors and Seniors:   If you need to take the College Board's SAT Test this fall, registration is underway now for the October 3rd SAT Test.    You may register on-line at www.collegeboard.com and the registration deadline is this Friday.

    • Homecoming tickets are now on sale! You may purchase them during intervention time at the concessions stand, during 4th or 8th blocks in room 133, or after school until 3:45 in room 133. The cost is 1 ticket for $12 or 2 tickets for $20. If your date is from another school you must pick up a form during ticket sales time before you can purchase your tickets. These forms must be returned to Ms. Black or Mrs. Ellis by noon Wednesday, September 9th. The last day for ticket sales is Thursday, September 10th!
