We have so many different opportunities for everyone to become involved in Madison Crossing Elementary, from bringing food for our Teacher Appreciation lunches, helping with our Family Activities Events or just by supporting our fundraising efforts. You can become as active as you want to be. All different types of involvement are welcomed!

If you are interested in volunteering, your first step is to let someone know! Tell a neighbor or friend that is on the PTO Board, or simply contact the office. It is so important that you take an active role in your child's school. Research shows that when parents are involved in their children's education, those children are more likely to:

• earn better grades

• score higher on tests

• pass their classes

• attend school regularly

• have better social skills

• show improved behavior

• be more positive in their attitude toward school

• complete homework assignments

• graduate and continue their education*
