Rosa Scott

Beta Club

WHAT IS BETA CLUB?

The requirements for this service club are that students have a minimum grade of 92 in all their classes and maintain good personal character.  This national organization is a valuable service to those in need and will help organize and raise money for the American Cancer Society and others in need.  Students will also participate in service ministries throughout the year.  National Beta Club is also valuable documentation for college applications and also gives away 250,000 dollars worth of college scholarships to participating seniors each year. The National Beta Club promotes character, develops leadership skills, encourages service involvement, and recognizes achievement to students in high school.  With its motto of "Let us lead by serving others," members of Beta Club at Rosa Scott will be expected to maintain character qualities of integrity and humility as they strive to lead as servants.  The sponsors for this club are Mrs. Kirk and Mrs. Miller.
