We will be finishing up the lesson presentations in  the next few days. Everyone will need to present bfore the end of the 9 weeks.

 

Your 9 weeks test will be an impromptu speech. you will give practice speeches while I am out of town later this week.

 

Don't forget your items for extra credit. I'll need by Thursday of next week if they are going to count for this term.

Up next, we will begin working on our lessons for the class. Each student will present a lesson to the class on a topic from your current Social Studies class. You should be prepared to tell me your lesson title next class period.

 

We will also begin working on impromptu speeches. Come prepared to speak each class period.

 

If you have not yet paid the class fee of $10 , please do so as soon as possible. The deadline for paying has already passed, but I will accept your money for a little longer.

Don't forget your T.V. Commentary Assignment. B-Day practices were today. ADay will practice tomorrow. Your Test Grade Assignment will be on Thursday for BDay and on Tuesday for ADay.

 

Please remember that the best way to approach this assignment is to plan ahead and practice several times before you come to class. I expect the second presentations to reflect a vast amount of improvement over the practice presentations.
