Madison Central Academic Foundation
History
The Madison Central Academic Foundation was founded in December 2007 as the Academic Booster Club of sorts for Madison Central High School.
Mission of the Foundation
The sole mission of the 501(c)(3) Foundation is to provide educational improvements at Madison Central. The Foundation will continue to work alongside the PTO to fund EcoTech, the school’s mission to infuse ecology and technology into each classroom.
Mimeo boards, projectors and computers have been placed in a large percentage of the classrooms and our hope is to complete this process and then begin installing podcasting equipment and other cutting edge technology.
Madison Central aspires to remain a leader among the nations public schools and it is our belief that technology will not only help us achieve these goals, but also allow our students to be prepared for college, the work force and the global economy.
